Existing Facility # 5

This facility was constructed as a helicopter

maintenance building for the military.  The

original hanger building is roughly 20,000 SF

with a steel addition on the west end with

approximately 7,500 SF. 

There are nine 18' tall by 15' wide overhead

doors and eight 15' by 15' O/H doors on the

main building.

The monthly lease rate of $2,900 is predicated

upon a successful application to the Texas

Capital Fund.
